Our 4-Stage Quality Assurance System

IQC - Raw Material Inspection
All incoming timber, non-toxic paints, ABS plastics, plush fabrics, and stuffing undergo chemical screening (heavy metals, phthalates) and physical verification before storage.
IPQC - In-Process Line Quality Audit
Stationary inspectors perform hourly checks during injection molding, wood cutting, sewing, and assembly to verify dimensional tolerances and structural seams.
FQC - Final Product Testing
Finished goods are randomly sampled based on AQL 2.5/4.0 standards. Physical stress tests, drop tests, and bite/sharp-edge tests are executed prior to packaging.
OQC - Pre-Shipment Audit
Outbound palletized shipments undergo final verification for carton strength, barcode readability, packaging sealing, and container moisture control.
