Q What is your turnaround lead time for sample development and mass production?
Standard prototype samples are produced within 5 to 10 business days. For full commercial mass production, standard delivery takes 25 to 30 business days following final sample and artwork approval. Bespoke projects requiring new precision injection tooling or specialized custom electronics may involve a slight tooling lead time of 15 to 20 additional days.
Q Are sample development fees refundable upon bulk order placement?
Yes, absolutely. All initial prototyping and sample creation fees will be 100% reimbursed or directly credited toward your commercial invoice once the confirmed bulk order meets our standard manufacturing volume threshold.

We accept T/T (Wire Transfer), Irrevocable L/C at Sight, and Secure Trade Assurance. Our standard commercial term is a 30% production deposit with the remaining 70% balance settled before dispatch or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L). We support all standard Incoterms including FOB (Haiphong / Cat Lai / Ho Chi Minh Ports), CIF, EXW, and DDP to North America, Europe, Australia, and worldwide destinations.
